Tishman Construction managed the construction of the core and shell portion of this 32-story office tower in New York City. In addition, Tishman Technologies was assigned responsibility for the construction of six data centers and the related cabling infrastructure built to support them throughout the building. These data centers contain over 500 total cabinets, and each cabinet is connected via 48 four-pair CAT 6 cables and 24-strand MM fiber. Over $20 million in minority- and women-owned business contracts were awarded on this project despite the absence of specified utilization goals prior to the start of construction.
