Tishman Construction, in a joint venture, is serving as Owner’s Representative in a project management capacity for the development and construction of the infrastructure work surrounding the new Yankee Stadium. The project includes the construction of four new garages, a Metro North rail station, a ferry terminal on the Harlem River, utility infrastructure upgrades on the areas roads and new parkland surrounding the stadium. Approximately 10,310 parking spaces will be created to replace the spaces lost to create a new esplanade. Also, new parkland will be created on the site of the former Yankee Stadium.
